Integration, consistency & transparency

Your trusted NDIS provider of personalised overnight respite services, with homes located throughout NSW

Residential Family Respite Services
We are a dedicated NDIS provider, specialising in offering overnight Short-Term Accommodation (STA) and respite stays for both adults and children with special needs. Our services are designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring that your loved ones are well cared for in a home-like setting. We have a team of experienced and compassionate carers who host participants in their own family homes, creating a personalised and welcoming atmosphere.
Our primary goal is to offer a secure, happy, and nurturing environment for your special loved ones, providing an alternative that is both more affordable and personalised compared to traditional commercial group homes. By staying in the carer’s own family home, participants benefit from a more intimate and supportive setting, where their unique needs and preferences are the focus of attention. This approach to disability respite ensures not only tailored support but also enhances overall wellbeing. We believe that this individualised care model offers families peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in good hands.

Services we provide
We offer three core services: overnight STA, respite stays, and holiday camps. We also provide bespoke services, so please get in touch to discuss your specific needs

Our Regular Overnight Respite Care offers consistency, flexibility, and reliability, with stays typically one weekend every 4 weeks, adjustable scheduling, and the same carer available for ongoing support and emergencies.

Our Emergency Respite Care provides immediate support during urgent or unforeseen circumstances, offering immediate support, extended stays up to 6 weeks, and peace of mind during critical times.

Our School Holiday Camps offer an exciting three-night escape with fun and adventure, featuring frequent availability, exciting activities at a farm stay in Forster NSW, and a safe, engaging environment for children.

Yes. There is no rule under the NDIS Act, NDIS Rules, or Pricing Arrangements that says STA must be delivered in a commercial or facility setting.
What matters is the quality of support, safety, and that the STA helps the participant work towards their goals.
A private home can offer a warm, familiar, low-stimulation environment that may better suit participants who feel overwhelmed in hotels or large group settings.
It also provides a real-life, community-based experience — supporting independence, daily living skills, and connection in a natural setting.
Our home environment meets safety expectations including working smoke alarms, first aid, emergency exits, hygienic spaces, and appropriate supervision.
Families are welcome to visit the home beforehand and we encourage open communication about any individual needs or preferences.
Our STA service is open to participants who are self-managed, plan-managed or agency managed.
Participants (and their nominees, if relevant) must give full, informed consent to the arrangement.
For clients with a plan-managed or self-managed NDIS package, we invoice either the plan manager or the client directly, with respite services typically funded from the core services portion of their NDIS plan. For all participants who are agency managed, we invoice the NDIA directly.
To facilitate this, we require the plan manager’s contact details, the client’s NDIS number, and a signed service agreement from the parent or guardian.
Our process begins with an initial phone conversation to gain a deeper understanding of your loved one’s requirements. Following this, we move to a ‘meet & greet’, at the carers home. We communicate throughout the entire process and get feedback along the way. With our model of respite, the right fit is important to us and our carers, as it is for our participants.
We utilise a comprehensive ‘About Me’ form for all new clients to capture their interests, hobbies, care, social and medical needs, as well as their preferences. This thorough understanding allows us to tailor our support effectively.
Yes, all our carers are fully insured, providing peace of mind although we sincerely hope it will never need to be used!
Invoices are billed based on NDIS Pricing Arrangements 2024–25 - they are generally lower than maximum suggested rates.
This covers accommodation, food, support, and agreed activities within the 24-hour period.
Each stay is planned around the participant’s NDIS goals — whether that’s building independence, improving social skills, developing self-care abilities, or providing much-needed carer respite.
We provide meaningful, goal-focused activities during the stay and document outcomes where required.
