Perfect Partnership
Our goal is to pair clients & carers together to create long term relationships. The focus is on regular respite with the same family, creating strong bonds and a deeper understanding of the clients wants and needs. We know that developing meaningful relationships can take time and all of our carers are committed to this.

After 15 years in various forms of working in the care industry, one thing that stands out to me more than any other is that no two people are the same. Every single person I have come across has been so unique and individual that I fiercely believe a cookie cutter approach to care has no place. I learned early on that learning someone’s name is more important than their diagnosis, and finding out their passion and what they enjoy – from food & activities to what they like in another person – is the most important thing of all.

NDIS funded
We can create a plan that works within the clients NDIS budget, with flexibility around times / dates that work for everyone. Again, there is no cookie cutter approach here.
Our Process
We start with a phone interview to find out more about the client, and then based on needs and location we will suggest one or more of our carers who may be a great fit. We then have a detailed ‘meet and greet’ process filled with training and open communication along the way, to find the right person.
